Access and roles
A farm sees its own; the association sees the whole book; a buyer can be granted access to one specific animal.
Rights are separated by role and by holding: a farm employee sees their own herd, the association sees the whole book, and an outsider sees only what the farm has made public.
Point access works differently: a buyer can be given one animal for a limited time without opening the herd. Every such grant is visible in the log — to the owner and to the association alike.
The grant covers one animal and has an expiry date, and the record of it is seen by the owner and by the Association. It closes by itself — there is nothing to revoke by hand.
This is not a table of roles but a single grant: one animal, an expiry date, and two lists — what opens and what does not. The first question in any conversation about access is exactly that ("will the buyer see my yields?"), and it has to be answered with both halves at once.
Limits
- Making an animal public is the farm’s decision. The system publishes nothing at its own discretion and opens nothing "by default".
